Clarke and Allen have a highly qualified team of tree surgeons working to BS3998:2010 with many years experience. We are able to carry out all types of tree work including emergency work, removal of dead trees, hedge trimming, tree dismantling, removal of dead branches as well as:
- Dead wooding
- Crown reduction and crown thinning
- Crown raising
- Formative pruning
- Felling - sectional or straight
- Hedge work
- Stump grinding
- Assistance with Tree Preservation Order (TPO) applications
- Assistance with Conservation Area applications
All our tree surgeons are qualified by NPTC (City & guilds) to carry out chainsaw work on the ground and aerial. Our operatives are also fully trained with chippers, stump grinders and the safe dismantling of larger trees.
We will remove all branches and debris from your site at the end of the job.
Tree Work Instruction
After your initial enquiry either Sandra or Charles will organise a site visit at a time convenient to you. We are able to undertake emergency work and in those circumstances will endeavour to visit within an hour. Our initial site visit and an advice is offered on the condition and health of your trees is free of charge. We will follow up with a quote for the works which is valid for 14 days and during which time you are under no obligation to use our services.
Environment Agency
As licensed waste carriers we chip and recycle your waste using only Environment Agency approved sites. Alternatively we can spread the chippings as a weed suppressant on your borders. Larger wood is cut to log size and can be kept for your use or recycled.
Insurance
We are fully compliant with £10 million employer's liability insurance and £5 million public liability insurance. We will provide copies of certificates with any quoations for your records.
